We’ve made a series of updates across the client portal to improve navigation, clarity, and overall usability.

Enhancements

  • Auto JSON toggle moved to Basic tab – You’ll now find the Auto JSON toggle directly in the Basic tab of button settings for quicker configuration.

  • Accurate URL and event details in Document received tab – Click any session ID to view the correct URL and event summary in the details panel.

  • Live feedback details in session view – Live feedback responses are now displayed within session details in the Document received tab.

  • Dynamic approve/reject actions in document view – When viewing a document, available actions now depend on its status (e.g., Pending shows both Approve and Reject, Approved shows Reject, Rejected shows Approve).

  • Updated column names in Document received tab – “Verification source” is now “Original source” and “Button name” is now “Submission by button” for better clarity.

  • Automatic settings view after creating a button – When you create a new button, button settings open automatically so you can start editing without extra clicks.

  • ‘URL configuration’ renamed to ‘Whitelist restrictions’ – This change appears in the Basic tab of button settings.

  • Clickable summary cards in Document received tab – Received, Approved, and Rejected cards now act as quick filters for fast navigation.

  • Expanded search options across the portal – In any search field, you can now search by either document ID or track ID.

  • Improved logout confirmation – The logout pop-up has been refined for a clearer and smoother experience.

Improvements

  • Stable login sessions – Enhanced token handling prevents unexpected logouts while you’re working in the portal.

  • Optimized session refresh – Background refresh processes now run more efficiently to reduce timeouts.

  • Clearer invalid document message – If a bad or irrelevant document is submitted, the message “Bad or irrelevant document submitted, no JSON was processed” will now display.

  • Consistent auto delete behavior – Auto delete settings now save correctly when changed from the default value in button settings.
